Client Advisor | Join Our Growing Milwaukee Sales Team
International Sports Management (ISM) • Full-Time • On-Site • Downtown Milwaukee
World Class events. World Class clients. A team that promotes from within.
For nearly 30 years, ISM has connected Fortune 1,000 companies with the world's most sought after sports experiences. Our 40+ annual events include the College Football Playoff National Championship, the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, the Ryder Cup, the PGA Championship, and the World Cup.
We're expanding our presence in Milwaukee, led by an energetic young sales leader from our Chicago headquarters, and we're looking for our first wave of Client Advisors to help build it. This isn't joining an established team — it's getting in early with real room to grow into leadership as the office scales.
Your Seat at the Table
You'll work with senior executives at major U.S. companies, advising them on how executive hosting at premier sporting events can strengthen client relationships and drive new business. It's consultative sale with a large variety of products for the client to pick from, not a ticket pitch. You'll start in new business development, then take on account strategy and long-term client partnerships as you succeed.
Your Day-to-Day
- Connect with executives and decision-makers across the U.S.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close to ongoing account management
- Build your own national book of business across 40+ events
What You Get
- Base salary + uncapped commission
- First-year earnings average $55K-$75K+, with year two potential of $80K+
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives, including cash and prizes
- Medical, dental, and 401(k) with company match
- 4+ weeks of paid time off
- Structured training and mentorship from our Milwaukee management team
- Clear advancement path: many Client Advisors move into leadership within 18 months
Is This You?
- Competitive, driven people who want pay tied to performance
- Strong communicators comfortable (or eager to get comfortable) with senior executives
- Experienced sales backgrounds (insurance, wealth management, direct outreach) are a great fit
- Committed to a career track, with the patience for an 8-12 month learning curve
Take the Next Step
Our next training done by senior leadership starts in early December at our Milwaukee office. Submit your complete resume with full education and work history (with dates) through this posting or at www.ism-usa.com. Cover letters welcome.
ISM is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workforce. Accommodations are available on request during the application process.
