This will mark the 7th U.S. Open contested on Winged Foot’s famed West Course, one of the most demanding venues in championship golf, where only once has a champion finished under par. Designed by legendary architect A.W. Tillinghast, the course has challenged generations of the game’s greatest players and will once again provide a fitting stage for golf’s national championship.
