National Account Executive

(B2B Inside Sales Executive)

Step into a role where you’ll engage C-level decision makers from Fortune 1000 companies, selling premier sports hospitality and ticketing packages to world-class events like the College Football Championship, Ryder Cup, and NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Our inside sales team powers growth in major U.S. markets from our vibrant downtown Chicago headquarters, and we’re searching for individuals who are eager to build lasting partnerships and exceed expectations. Our target start date is mid-October.

Here, you will manage the full sales cycle and sharpen your skills alongside managers who started in your seat and now lead high-performing teams. Your contributions will be acknowledged with competitive commissions, clear performance benchmarks, and rapid advancement for those who consistently deliver results. We encourage applicants with strong communication skills, a desire for professional growth, and a track record of success in B2B sales or similar fields. What We Provide:

  • Comprehensive initial training along with continuous mentoring
  • Base salary + commission, uncapped
  • Company medical/dental plans and 401K enrollment with a company match
  • Paid vacation in your first year of eligibility and off all major holidays (there were over 4 weeks paid off in 2024 for all staff)
  • First year earnings avg. range of $50K-$70K+ (base + commission), Year two $80K+
  • Growth opportunities for management within the first 12 months

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business preferred)
  • Dedicated, financially driven individuals with a strong work ethic
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Perseverance to tackle new concepts along an 8-12 month learning curve
  • High motivation to succeed and grow into an expanded role
